Restoration Project Manager

Paul Davis Restoration of Northern Virginia is seeking a high-performing Restoration Project Manager to lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects resulting from water, fire, storm, and other insured losses.

This role is ideal for a restoration professional who combines strong construction knowledge with technology, project planning, customer communication, and financial accountability.

You will take projects from approved scope through completion by managing subcontractors, technology systems, budgets, schedules, customer expectations, and insurance-related documentation.

Seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager with 3+ years of insurance restoration experience who is highly proficient with technology, project planning, Xactimate, subcontractor management, and customer communication.

Required Experience and Skills

3+ years of restoration industry project management experience
Experience managing water, fire, storm, mold, and reconstruction projects
Proficiency with Xactimate and insurance-related project documentation
Experience working with insurance adjusters and carriers
Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction methods
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and project budgets
Exceptional customer communication and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple active projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer and technology skills

Technology Experience Preferred

Manage multiple residential and commercial reconstruction projects simultaneously

Deliver projects on schedule and within budget
Effectively manage subcontractors and trade partners
Drive healthy gross profit margins
Utilize technology to improve project visibility and communication
Build lasting relationships with customers, adjusters, and referral sources

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
